All orders placed on ladyline.in are processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During high-volume sale periods, processing time may be slightly extended.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary based on pin code serviceability of our courier partners.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service coverage. Remote or non-metro locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Any ongoing free-shipping offers will be automatically applied during checkout.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email. You can also track your order anytime through the “Track Order” option available on our website by entering your order ID and registered contact details.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, strikes, or regional restrictions. Ladyline is not liable for delays caused by such external factors.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Ladyline is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product. Our support team will assist you with the next steps.
