Refund policy

At Ladyline, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a transparent and simple return and refund process.

Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team or use the order tracking/return option available on our website within the return window. All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.

Once the return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the product is received and verified. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

Certain items such as final sale products, hygiene-sensitive items, or customized products may not be eligible for return.

Ladyline reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy criteria.
